No, you don't need to be present. Many clients leave their vehicle at home or work and go about their day. We just need access to water and electricity, and we'll text you when we arrive and when we're finished.
A basic wash and vacuum takes 1-2 hours. A full interior and exterior detail takes 3-4 hours. Paint correction and ceramic coating services can take 6-8 hours depending on the vehicle's condition.
Most people benefit from a full interior detail 2-4 times per year. If you have kids, pets, or spend a lot of time in your vehicle, you may want to detail every 2-3 months to stay ahead of wear and buildup.
Yes, we detail interiors year-round with no weather limitations. Winter is a great time for interior deep cleaning—getting road salt, mud, & grime professionally removed keeps your cabin fresh & protects your upholstery.
Our standard service includes standard vacuuming and cleaning which handles light pet hair. Heavy pet hair removal requiring extra attention is available as an add-on.
We need access to an electrical outlet and a water source (outdoor spigot). We bring all cleaning products, equipment, and supplies. If you don't have an outdoor outlet, please let us know ahead of time.
We vacuum carpets & seats, shampoo floor mats & carpets, clean & condition all leather or vinyl surfaces, detail the dashboard & center console, clean all interior windows & mirrors, wipe down door panels and cup holders, & more.
We can remove or significantly reduce most stains using pro-grade cleaners & extraction equipment. Some set-in or older stains may be permanent, but we'll do our best & let you know during the service if it requires special treatment.
Carpets and floor mats may be damp after shampooing, but we use extraction equipment to remove as much moisture as possible. Most interiors dry within a few hours, especially if you can crack the windows or run the heat.
